If you stay here, bring earplugs for better sleep as street noise can be quite loud at night.

main advantage of the hotel is its location. All sights are within walking distance. Clean room, staff is friendly.
Breakfast for 5 days was the same: coffee, tea, croissant, yogurt and cheese. You had to go to a cafe on the next street for breakfast.

All good - we enjoyed this small family run hotel - the food was savoury and the staff were very professional. Its location near Monti was the best and top. Tbh, had a brilliant stay for 5 nights.

Charming Stay with Unique Touches!
Our family trip was nice with a lovely rooftop terrace perfect for evening relaxation. Staff was attentive, addressing our needs promptly. Be prepared for some street noise, but the cozy ambiance made it worthwhile. Don't skip the minibar, convenient and stocked well for late-night snacks!

The Hotel is centrally located with walking distance to many of the attractions, close also to many restaurants and pubs. It has a beautifully roof terrass unfortunately you can not have the breakfast served there. Breakfast is served downstairs and is OK. Cleaning and aircondition was OK. /Michael from Skanoer, Sweden
There is no elevator and the stairs are very narrow and steep. Many different people were working in the reception and bar. Their communication can be improved in order to avoid misunderstandings.

Solo traveler experience
The location was fantastic! I could walk to historic sites easily and even enjoyed drinks on the lovely rooftop terrace while taking in the sights.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but the experience was satisfactory.

Loved the spacious bathroom and the cleanliness of the room, but the breakfast was a bit repetitive. I would definitely choose this place again for its charm!

The staff is really nice and helpful. The patio on the roof is marvelous. The location is really good. There are a lot of good restaurants nearby, for example Carbonara on Via Panisperna. Rooms are nice, but not all of them are comfortable. In some air-conditioner doesn't work, in some mattresses are old and uncomfortable. So my advice, check everything when the rooms is shown to you for a very first time.
Hotel is really nice, but old and only partly renovated. That means that in some rooms mattresses are so old, noisy and uncomfortable. And dust was falling from the ceiling. Breakfast is always the same and consists of normal coffee, pastry and slice of cheese and ham. 5 floors and no elevator!

Fabulous venue, excellent bar area, beautiful location to Coffee as High Art. In the heart of the city, very convenient. Based just next door to absolutely nice restaurants, the tourist areas and the Vatican:)))

The location is convenient to the city center and the railway station. The price is low.
The hotel is in a very noisy (the intersection of two roads with huge traffic of cars and trucks) The noise in the room makes it impossible to sleep well at night. The room has not been renovated recently. The water temperature of the shower went from cold to hot moving a few millimeters the tap.
